Meet Andi
Andi Costello is the founder and principal of Navigate Commercial Real Estate, a boutique brokerage serving business owners, investors, landlords and nonprofit organizations on both sides of the Columbia River. She is a Managing Broker in Washington and a Principal Broker in Oregon, and she represents clients in the sale, purchase and lease of industrial, retail, office, land, healthcare and special-purpose properties.
Andi has owned commercial real estate since 2011. Since starting her commercial real estate career in 2019, she has completed more than $106 million in transactions. Her clients range from first-time business owners leasing their first space to established companies and nonprofits buying and selling buildings.
Before real estate, Andi spent 15 years in local government in Pennsylvania, Arizona and California, culminating as a city manager. She oversaw public works and every city department, and that experience shapes how she approaches each property: she knows which zoning, permitting and infrastructure questions to raise and which professionals can answer them.

She is a longtime Evergreen Habitat for Humanity volunteer and a past chair of its Women Build Committee.
Outside of work
After living in California, Pennsylvania and Arizona, Andi is happy to call the Pacific Northwest home. Outside of work, you will find her golfing, skiing, kayaking or enjoying a good meal with a red wine from Walla Walla.
